Scheduling ahead is always the best way to make sure our shop works efficiently and vehicles are handled in order. Our technicians have their work scheduled at the start of each day.   • We do have waiting appointments available for standard maintenance services. This would be for fluid & filter type services, brake replacement & spark plugs. Due to the complexity of diagnostic work we are unable to schedule this type of service as a waiting appointment. 

We understand situations like this could be extremely stressful. Please call us (732) 218-7632 to make us aware that your vehicle is being towed to our location. If it is after hours please make sure the key is with the vehicle and call/email your contact information. Your vehicle will be put into our scheduled rotation as soon as we have an opening.

Most maintenance type services can be completed the same day. Vehicles that require diagnostic and repair work would first need to have our complimentary inspection performed. We can provide a much more accurate time estimate at that point. Please make us aware of any time constraints as soon as possible.

We have a secure key box that is able to be used for drop offs and individual coded boxes to retrieve vehicle keys. The after hours key box is located at our delivery door. Please fill out and complete the provided envelopes and place them into the drop slot. We will be in contact with you once we process your vehicle.

We have Uber Business and offer complimentary transportation for local in town rides normally less than 3 miles.  Tipping the driver is encouraged, but optional. For longer out of town transportation an additional fee may be applied. 

We have a limited number of loaner vehicles available. We try to accommodate requests for loaner vehicles to the best of our ability when available. Autoteam Car Rental provides rental vehicles at our location without the need to be shuttled to another location. www.autoteam.com (732) 727-7272 *Valid driver license, proof of insurance and credit card required for all loaner & rented vehicles.

We do work with insurance companies all the time. Accidents  involving damage from water flooding, damage from road debris, wheel & suspension damage are the more common claims we deal with. Collision accidents requiring structural & paint repair would require an auto body facility. Please email any questions you may have along with photos by using our contact us page.

We do accept warranty contracts. However we advise the vehicle owners to do extensive research on any aftermarket warranty they are looking to purchase. Many have questionable contract wording allowing them to decline a claim if certain conditions have not been met. This is misleading to the vehicle owner and makes for a less than pleasant experience. We charge a handling fee to cover the administrative time for extended phone calls w/ long wait times, third party adjuster inspects and paperwork processing.

Our repair policy is that we supply both the parts and labor to fully complete the repair on your vehicle. This allows us to provide you with a 2 year / 24,000 mile warranty on the repair. However, under certain circumstances we do allow the customer to supply parts and would need management approval. Please call or email for more information.

The majority of parts we use are OE (Original Equipment) directly from the dealership. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) from the company that made it for the vehicle manufacturer. We use Aftermarket parts as a last resort or if they were designed as an upgraded solution to a common problem.

We offer a 2 Year / 24,000 Mile Parts & Labor Warranty on all repairs on non-modified vehicles. If your vehicle has performance modifications please contact us for more information.

We offer a complimentary visual vehicle inspection which allows us to better assess the vehicle and provide a more accurate estimate. Our normal service prices are listed on our website service page. For repair quotes please upload using our  website contact page or email the diagnosis and estimate. Once we review the provided information we could provide an estimate. Some estimates will require the vehicle to be at our location. Please contact us for more information.
